Thanks for shopping with macfoxbike.com. International shipping might experience delay due to natural disasters or bad weather. to keep track of your order, contact customer@macfoxbike.com so we can provide you the order’s tracking number.
Currently, we provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
We also provide Shipping to all provinces in Canada, but we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
Kindly notice that all of our products are tax-inclusive, you will not be charged with extra tax when purchasing at our online store in the United States/Canada.

Order Processing Time
- It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
- Generally, orders are shipped within 1 business days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
- Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Tracking

We’re preparing all orders within 1 business day, even during the busy season. Once your e-bike is ready, FedEx will pick it up as soon as they are able. Many U.S. carriers have notified us that they are currently operating at full capacity, so some delays are possible.
As soon as FedEx collects your package, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking number. Most customers receive their e-bikes within 7–10 business days after pickup. Please note that tracking may take a little longer to update until FedEx scans the package at their next facility.

Delivery Time Exceeded
International shipping might experience delay due to bad weather. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email customer@macfoxbike.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations&Chance
Before shipping
Order Cancellation: No processing fee if you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet
Change of Address: There is no fee for address changes before shipping.
Replacements and exchanges: If the customer does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly lower than the original order, the product difference will be charged.
After shipping
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of $150. Macfox will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Please Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality problems.
Change of Address: If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and $150 will be charged as a reshipping fee.
Replacements and exchanges:
A) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and $150 will be charged as a reshipping fee.
B) If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.
About Tax
In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
